At ProjectCentre we recommend a tiered approach to training. Project Administrator: The Project Teams Project Administrator will require in-depth knowledge of the required document flow process as well as basic Configuration and user requirements on ProjectCentre. The Project Administrator should be able to provide a basic level of support to the Project Team. This support is backed by the Project Administrator's access to the ProjectCentre Help Desk. Company Administrator:Each User Company has a Company Administrator appointed. The Company Administrator receives more advanced training and is the first point of contact for general users requiring support. The Company Administrator also has access to maintain user logins for their Company. General User:Training for General Users is limited to the functions they need to perform on ProjectCentre. Because many users in the Construction Industry are not regular computer users, ProjectCentre is designed to be simple and intuitive. Most users are able to gain a high level of competency with ProjectCentre in 2 x 2 hour training sessions. Training is carried out by the ProjectCentre Consultants. Courses are tailored to meet the needs of all users.
